I expanded the human/soldier/knight token series to include spirits! Because I am playing a deck with humans, soldiers, and spirits and because—I may be saying this wrong, I am old and live in a grotto, but—value? You can get the PDF here.

It’s the third anniversary of Your Looter’s first step from the inky shadows to publicly post art. Rather than write a mushy speech thanking all the little people who made this possible I decided to draw some people who … uh … are tokens. Three new tokens for three years of Inkwell Looter: a human, a soldier, and a knight.

I’ll level with you: this is what we in showbiz call “tongue-in-cheek.” I actually LOVE lands. I still get a thrill every time I thumb to a non-basic in a pack. On the other hand, my absolute favorite cards are grievous enchantments like Grave Pact, Manabarbs, and Underworld Dreams. And I believe that for YMTC there will be more entertainment to be had on the enchantment route. Sorry, Land!

A little love for a flavor extra hoping to jump to the big time: Blunk! When his parents gave him that name his future as a hammer-wielding goon was all but assured but now he’s got eyes for something bigger. Really hoping Dragon’s Maze steps up with Blunk the Blunked, Planeswalker.
